Acquire knowledge, develop skills and adopt attitudes that have been the result optimal performance for access and appropriate use of information by librarians, is a responsibility that has imposed the new century and to be maintained throughout life

Librarians educators then become a continuous learning process, characterized by innovative methods of interaction with people to whom they transmitted knowledge.

Librarians authorities have become transmitters of knowledge and information in different contexts of organizations.
