There is a new stage in EU-Cuba relations?

"The economic changes in Cuba and the process of release of the European Union considers presospolítics seemed to raise a new stage in EU-Cuba relations, even preveurela repeal of the so-called European Common Position toward Cuba . However, the institucionseuropees have not changed their position, in practice, represents a policy of sanctions icondicionaments hypothetical political diplomatic agreements, investment funds associated with or decooperació development. The European Common Position was driven from the European PartitPopular instances of the former English Jose Maria Aznar, in 1996.
